Cancellation / Refund

1- Cancellation request must be formalized through e-mail sent to the Secretariat of the Congress.

2- Refunds will be made for registrations canceled up to 60 days before the event or in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, at any time, provided that the request is made within 7 days after payment has been made.

3- Request for cancellation or withdrawal after the stipulated period, there will be no refund, except when in accordance with art. 49 of the CDC.

4- The refund will be made up to 30 days after the end of the event with retention of 30% of the amount paid, except for cases of art. 49, sole paragraph of the CDC, the refund will be in 2 business days

5- There are no refunds for entries made in the wrong category, except for cases pursuant to article 49 of the CDC.

6- Failure to attend the event will not be refunded.

7- Duplicate registrations will be returned according to the established deadline (within 60 days) and only after receipt of proof of effective duplicate.

H. Reimbursement will be made directly into a bank account that has the congressperson as an account holder.

i. Under no circumstances will refunds be made outside the rules established above.

6. Certificates - certificates of participation will be issued to registrants who effectively participate in the event. It will be available for download on the website at the end of the event.
